Infrastructure Facilities

In order to Overcome the ever-growing demands of our range of corrugated packaging boxes and cartons, we are equipped with a well-maintained infrastructure. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a one Acers of land Area and is installed with state-of-the-art equipment as well as manned with a team of competent workforce. We have established a vast capability for fast and effective production capacity of 100 gsm to 350 gsm of corrugate sheet.

Factory and office Area: 9000 Sq.Ft Area with Latest Industrial Wiring.
Ware House Area: 3000 Sq.Ft
Waste Store Area: 1500 Sq.Ft
Pantry/Dinning Area: 800 Sq.Ft

Staff Quarters: We have in build quarters for our Staffs with all the basic amenities.

Add on's:

  • 50 Plus Committed Workman to meet the production needs.
  • Three Delivery Vans

  • Single phase corrugated machine for A,B,E & F Types.

  • Imported Rotary slotting and Finishing machines
  • Three Punching Machine
  • Automated Flap Pasting Machine
  • Automated Paste cooking and paste supply chain design to corrugation machine and pasting machines.
  • Two Heavy power Generators to meet the power Crisis.

Furthermore, we also have an in-house design unit where various designing processes related to the specifications, shapes and sizes are carried on to offer flawless range of boxes and cartons.
